The rules for using LUNA

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use LUNA. If you are using LUNA on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Use of the service

• Use LUNA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access or interfere with LUNA’s operation.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service in a way that harms others or our infrastructure.

Integrations and third-party services

LUNA connects to third-party tools you authorize (currently email and calendar) and uses Sign in with Apple for authentication if you choose. Your use of those integrations is subject to the third-party’s terms. We access only the permissions you grant and act on your behalf to provide the service.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. By using LUNA, you consent to those practices.

Subscriptions and payments

If LUNA offers paid plans, fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented at checkout. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a specific offer.

Beta and early access

LUNA may include beta or early access features that are provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued at any time. Use them at your own risk.

Intellectual property

LUNA and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your own data and content that you submit to LUNA.

Warranties and disclaimers

LUNA is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of LUNA will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you have not paid fees).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of LUNA, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using LUNA at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to LUNA or others. Upon termination, your right to use LUNA ends, but sections that by nature should survive (e.g., liability limits, indemnity) will remain in effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or business needs. We will post the latest version here with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of LUNA after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
