Account details you provide (name, email, workspace settings) including Sign in with Apple identifiers you authorize.
Connection data from integrated tools (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar) limited to the scopes you grant.
Operational metadata (usage events, device/browser type, IP address) to secure and improve the service.

How we use your information

To deliver core features: inbox summaries, calendar events, reminders, and task automation.
To maintain and improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
To communicate about updates, security alerts, and support.
To protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

How we share information

We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with:

Service providers that help us operate LUNA (e.g., hosting, logging, analytics) under strict confidentiality.
Third-party integrations you enable (e.g., email and calendar providers, Sign in with Apple), only as needed to perform the requested actions.

Data retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access, and monitoring to protect your information. Access to integrations is limited to the permissions you grant. No system is 100% secure; we continuously improve our safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Disconnect integrations at any time; LUNA will stop accessing those sources.
Request data export or deletion by contacting us.
Opt out of non-essential communications via email preferences.

Children

LUNA is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
